Epsilon – Bordeaux

Chapter Burdigalia

Founded by Thomas Roth, Raphael Maisonneuve, Hichem Meharzi and Johann Maiz the Burdigala Chapter was launched in spring 2010. This is the first French fraternity to open its doors in south-western France.

With a huge part of students in its population, Bordeaux is particularly known for its vast campus and its prestigious universities, but also for its business or architecture schools. Its members come from various disciplines, ranging from geography to LEA through literature.

Administrative center of Aquitaine, Bordeaux’s got a large urban community, the CUB, wich population’s reaches the million. Student and festal city, it is mostly known for its excellent vineyards and cannelés but, also for the great writers who set foot on its streets (Ausone, Montaigne, Montesquieu). Its proximity to the Atlantic coasts (40 minutes by car), including world
worlwide famous places such as Lacanau, and the mildness of its weather, also make Bordeaux a perfect place of residence for students, as well as for those practicing water sports and those who like to break with the routine, going from time to time to these splendid beaches.
