Nancy, Former capital of the Duchy of Lorraine, this important city has a rich history that dates back to 800 BC

Since then, the city has become an important icon representative of the French culture. Boasting many museums, such as the Museum of Fine-Arts of Nancy, the Lorraine History Museum or the Aquarium and Natural History Museum of Nancy.

From a cultural point of view, Nancy is somewhat of a spearhead for the French culture with some buildings that are declared of being part of the World Heritage, the most famousplace being the Place Stanislas.

 

From an institutions point of view, Nancy boasts more than 15 schools and universities destined for higher learning. To name a few, Henri Poincaré University, Nancy 2 University or National Polytechnic Institute of Lorraine. It is certain that Nancy is a center for institutions of Higher learning and

it definetly provides the atmosphere for such activities.
